The state of the art 3D structural modeling is used to design a steel frame on three levels with cantilever beams that allow magnificent views. This residence is located on a rocky outcrop.
With 180 degree views white waters and Catalina Island. 3.400 sf in 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, reading room, glass elevator ... The whole house automation technology has state-of-the-art heating, lighting, security cameras, music, irrigation and blinds all controlled by an iPad or remotely from a smartphone.
